Who we are

Shiraz Electric Inc. is a licensed electrical contractor (ECRA/ESA #7013769) serving Toronto and the GTA. This policy covers the website shirazelectric.com. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@shirazelectric.com.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), postal code, project type, project details and any drawings or photos you attach (PDF, JPG or PNG).

Like most websites, our web server records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited time for security and troubleshooting, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How it is stored and shared

Estimate requests are sent by email to info@shirazelectric.com. Attachments are stored in a private folder on our web hosting account that is not publicly accessible. The website is hosted by Hostinger on servers in the United States (Boston, Massachusetts), so information submitted through the site is stored there and may be subject to U.S. law.

We keep estimate requests and attachments for 24 months and then delete them, unless we need them for a project you hire us for or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track visitors across websites. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@shirazelectric.com. We reply Monday to Friday.
